Account Setup: Media Manager

This setting is available to Owners and Admins only.

Purpose: The Media Manager is your central library for visual assets. Upload your logos, branding images, and any other visuals here so they are ready to use when you start building landing pages, email templates, and communications.

Path: Settings > Media Manager

What you can do here

Upload team media assets (logo, branding images, PNGs)
Drag and drop or browse to upload image files. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, and SVG. Maximum file size is 10 MB per image. Videos are not supported.

Organize visual assets for use in templates and automations
Once uploaded, your media assets are available when building landing pages, email templates, and other communications. Select from your library instead of uploading files each time.

Good to know

Sure Send has two separate image libraries depending on where you are in the platform. The Media Manager under Settings is the team-wide asset library. Assets uploaded here by an Owner or Admin are visible to all team members. However, images uploaded directly through the email editor (when composing or building templates) are saved to a separate per-user library. Those images are only visible to the user who uploaded them. If you want branding assets available to the whole team, upload them through the Media Manager under Settings.
