Account Setup: Phone Provider Settings

Purpose: Before your team can make calls or send texts through Sure Send, you need to complete your business registration and set up phone numbers. This step gets the phone system ready for your team.

What you can do here

Complete business registration (LLC info, EIN)
Register your business by entering your company's legal name, LLC or incorporation details, and EIN. This is required by carriers to verify your business before enabling calling and texting. Once submitted, your registration goes through a verification process.

Claim and assign phone numbers to users
After your business registration is approved, you can provision phone numbers and assign a number to yourself and to individual team members. Each user who will make calls or send texts needs a number assigned to them.

Manage phone number inventory
View all phone numbers on your account, see which numbers are assigned to which users, and release numbers you no longer need.

Good to know

If you are on a Starter plan, you will need to enable and purchase the dialer before the business registration form appears. Growth and Enterprise plans include the dialer for all users automatically.
