Find and Restore Deleted Contacts

Purpose: Find a contact that was deleted, and bring it back or remove it for good.

When a contact is deleted in Sure Send, it moves to the Deleted Leads page instead of disappearing. It stays there until someone restores it or deletes it permanently.

Steps

1. Open any people list or Smart List, such as All People or My People.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
3. Next to Can't find your lead?, click Check the deleted leads here.
4. On the Deleted Leads page, search by name, email, or phone to find the contact.
5. Click Restore to bring the contact back, or Delete to remove it permanently.

Good to Know

• Delete on this page is permanent. A contact deleted from the Deleted Leads page can't be restored.
• Empty Trash permanently deletes every contact on the page at once. Use it only when you're sure.
• The page shows when each contact was deleted and the stage it was in, which helps when several contacts have similar names.
