Fix SMS Registration Status Display

What We Fixed

When submitting business information for SMS registration, a red “Action Required” error banner was incorrectly displayed on the status page, even though the submission was successful.

This happened because the system was treating the normal “Brand Pending” status (which means your registration is waiting for carrier approval) as an error condition.

What Changed

  • The status page now correctly shows a friendly blue informational banner when your registration is pending approval
  • No more confusing red error messages when everything is working as expected
  • The registration flow now clearly communicates that carrier approval typically takes 2-7 days
