Smart Lists have been enhanced with two major improvements for managing large contact lists:
Select All Contacts
When selecting contacts in a Smart List, you’ll now see a banner offering to “Select all X contacts” matching your current filters. This allows you to perform bulk actions on your entire filtered list, not just the contacts visible on the current page.
Background Processing for Large Operations
Bulk operations on more than 100 contacts now run in the background, so you can continue working while they process. You’ll receive a notification when the operation completes, showing how many contacts were successfully updated.
These improvements make it much easier to manage large contact lists efficiently.
