You can now import company records from CSV files, just like you’ve been able to do with contacts.
How It Works
- Navigate to Companies → Import or go directly to
/companies/import - Upload your CSV file (drag & drop or click to select)
- Map your CSV columns to company fields - we’ll auto-detect common column names
- Configure default assignment and lead source
- Start the import and watch progress in real-time
Supported Fields
- Company Info: Name, Industry, Website, Company Size, Description
- Contact Details: Email, Phone, Address (full address support)
- CRM Data: Stage, Lead Source, Assignment, Tags, Notes
- Custom Fields: All your team’s company custom fields
Smart Duplicate Handling
When importing, existing companies (matched by name) are automatically updated with new data rather than creating duplicates. New companies are created for names that don’t exist yet.
