What’s New
When viewing a contact’s text message history, you can now see exactly who on your team sent each message. Every outgoing message displays “Sent by {name}” next to the timestamp, making it easy to track who communicated with the contact and when.
Filter by Sender
A new filter dropdown lets you focus on messages from specific team members:
- Select one or more senders to filter the conversation
- Incoming messages from the contact are always visible
- Quickly toggle between viewing all messages or just specific users
This enhancement is especially useful for teams where multiple people communicate with the same contacts, ensuring everyone has full visibility into the conversation history.
