For Campaign Rejections

  • See detailed error messages from the carrier, including error codes and which fields need attention
  • View the opt-in description that was submitted
  • Quick checklist of common issues to verify on your website
  • One-click button to open your website and verify compliance

For Brand Rejections

  • Clear explanation of common rejection reasons (business name mismatch, EIN verification, etc.)
  • Edit Business Info & Resubmit button to fix issues and try again
  • Your existing information is pre-filled so you only need to correct what’s wrong
  • The specific rejection reason is shown at the top of the form
