Send Emails from Google Alias Addresses

If your organization uses Google Workspace with multiple email domains (e.g., @ezhomesearch.com and @suresend.ai), you can now send emails from any of your verified aliases — all through a single Gmail connection.

Key Features

  • Send from any alias — The email composer now shows a “Send From” dropdown with all your verified Gmail aliases
  • Easy alias management — Head to Settings > Email to see, add, and remove your sendAs aliases
  • Automatic detection — Emails sent from aliases are correctly tracked as outgoing in your CRM activity

How to Use

  1. Go to Settings > Email and connect your Gmail account (if not already)
  2. Click Manage Aliases to sync your verified sendAs addresses
  3. When composing an email, select your preferred “Send From” address
