What’s New
You can now sync contacts from your Google, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple accounts directly into Sure Send CRM. Once connected, your contacts are automatically imported and kept up to date — no manual imports needed.
Supported Providers
- Google Contacts — Efficient delta sync checks for changes every hour
- Microsoft Outlook — Real-time sync via webhooks, with a 6-hour fallback poll
- Apple Contacts — Hourly polling to pull in new and updated contacts
Smart Sync
- Only fills in blank fields on existing contacts, so your manual edits are never overwritten
- Intelligent deduplication by email, phone, or external ID prevents duplicate records
- Per-provider enable/disable toggles let you control exactly which sources sync
How to Set Up
Head to Settings → Contact Sync to connect your accounts and start syncing.
