What We Fixed
Automation conditions using “source include” or “source exclude” were always failing — even when the contact’s source clearly matched the configured condition. This meant automations with source-based conditions never triggered their actions.
Stage-based conditions and all other condition types were unaffected.
The issue has been resolved, and source conditions now evaluate correctly just like stage, assignment, and other condition types.
