What’s New
Team admins and owners can now lock specific contact fields — like email, phone, name, and address — so that team members can’t edit them. This is great for protecting important lead data from accidental changes.

- Field lock rules — Create rules in Settings → Field Locks to control which fields are locked and for which lead sources
- Lead source protection — Optionally prevent members from changing a lead’s source once it’s been set
- Granular control — Lock fields globally or only for specific lead sources
- Members can still add — Even when fields are locked, members can add new emails, phones, and addresses
- Partner API support — Lock status is exposed in person API responses for external integrations
How to Use
Go to Settings → Field Locks to create your first lock rule. Choose the fields to lock and optionally scope them to specific lead sources.
