Fix 'Not Authorized' error when syncing Gmail or Outlook email

What We Fixed

Clicking the Full Resync button in Email Settings for your own Gmail or Outlook connection was returning a “You are not authorized to access this page” error for non-admin team members.

The sync action previously required admin-level permissions (manage_settings), but syncing your own email provider is a personal action that any team member should be able to perform. We’ve updated the authorization so that any team member can sync their own email provider while still preventing access to other users’ providers.
