Fix automation-sent emails and texts not appearing on contact tabs

What We Fixed

Messages sent by an automation were being delivered and marked Completed in the execution details, but they were not showing up on the contact’s Emails or Texts tabs. Manually-sent messages continued to appear normally, which made automation activity invisible in the contact timeline.

What Changed

  • Emails tab: Emails sent through a shared inbox (a Google or Office 365 account an admin set up for the whole team) now appear for every teammate, not just the admin who connected it. Previously these emails were hidden from anyone other than the admin.
  • Texts tab: Automation-sent text messages are now always visible, even when the conversation filter is narrowed to your own phone line. The per-line filter continues to work for manual conversations.

Automation-driven communication now reads the same way to every teammate viewing the contact, with no missing history.
