What’s New
Sign in with Apple is now an option wherever you can sign in with Google. Use it from:
- The web sign-in page at suresend.ai
- The web sign-up page (new accounts only — see below)
- The mobile app’s “Sign In” button (opens the same web flow)
Private relay email addresses (*@privaterelay.appleid.com) are fully supported. Your team admin will still see this address in the directory.
Mobile signup is now web-only
To keep the iOS app store experience consistent across providers, account creation on the mobile app has been disabled for all sign-in methods (Apple, Google, and email). If you tap “Sign In” on the mobile app and don’t already have a Sure Send account, you’ll see a message directing you to sign up at suresend.ai. Existing users are unaffected — you can still sign in with any provider you’ve previously linked.
