Improvement

Contact exports now add separate Street, City, State, and Zip columns

Contact exports previously combined a contact’s full address into a
single “Address” column (e.g. “123 Main St, Apt 4, Austin, TX, 78701,
US”). That made it hard to sort, filter, or do mail-merge work on
individual parts of the address in a spreadsheet.

What’s New

  • Exports still include the full Address column, and now also add
separate columns for each part: Street, Street 2, City,
    State, Zip, and Country.
  • This applies to both “visible columns” exports (when Address is one
of your selected columns) and “all data” exports.
  • Contacts without an address get blank cells in the Address and each
of the new columns, just like before.

Migration

No action required. Existing spreadsheet templates and automations that
read the single “Address” column keep working — the new component
columns are added alongside it.
