Organize companies and branch locations
- Saved views as tabs: Views sit on the list itself, so switching is one click and the view you are on is always visible. Change filters, sorting, or columns and the list says Unsaved changes, with Save view and Discard right there. Rename a view or change who can see it any time from its … menu.
- Company picker: Find companies by name and select several branches to see them together.
- Custom columns: Open Columns to drag the shown columns into the order you want and click any column to show or hide it, including company custom fields such as branch codes. Your main-list layout saves automatically; use Save view to keep a saved view’s changes.
- Filters in one place: Filters collapse behind a single button with a count, and whatever is narrowing the list reads as chips you can remove one at a time — or clear all at once.
- Pick several of anything: Stage, Industry, Assigned to, and Tags each take as many values as you want and search their own options, so you can look at two stages or three industries side by side. Links and saved views that filtered on one value keep working.
- Quieter rows: Row actions moved to a menu that appears when you point at a row, Export moved into the header menu, and selecting rows brings up a bar at the foot of the list — including Export Selected, which exports just the rows you ticked.
- Sort by any column: Click a column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse. Works for stage, assignment, people count, and your own custom fields, and the order carries through to a saved view and to the CSV export.
- More top-bar filters: Filter company information, stages and sub-stages, assignment, collaborators, notes, tasks, documents, dates, and custom fields. Communication and event filters use accessible activity from associated people.
