Account Setup: Appointment Outcomes
Purpose: Appointment outcomes are the labels your team selects after an appointment is completed to record the result. Customizing these gives you cleaner reporting and consistent tracking.

What you can do here
Review and customize outcome options
Sure Send includes default outcomes to get you started. You can rename, add, or remove outcomes so they match the results your team actually tracks (e.g., Completed, No Show, Rescheduled, Cancelled).
Assign custom colors and icons to each outcome
Each outcome can have its own color and icon, making it easy to scan appointment history at a glance. This is especially useful for teams that rely on calendar views and reports to spot patterns.
Set a default outcome for your appointments
Choose which outcome is pre-selected when a team member logs an appointment result. This saves time on the most common outcome while still allowing them to change it when needed.
