This setting is available to Owners and Admins only.
Purpose: Appointment types define the categories your team selects from when scheduling appointments. Customize these to match the kinds of meetings and events your team handles.

What you can do here
Review and customize default types (Meeting, Video Call, Phone Call, Other)
Sure Send comes with four default appointment types out of the box. You can rename, reorder, or remove any of these defaults to better fit your workflow.
Add custom types relevant to your business
Create new appointment types that reflect how your team actually schedules time. Examples include Discovery Call, Client Check-in, Strategy Session, or Onboarding Meeting. Each type can be assigned a color for easy visual identification on calendars and reports.
