Personal Setup: Email Settings
This setting is available to all users.
Purpose: This is where you connect your personal email account so you can send and receive emails directly from Sure Send. This is separate from the team-level email settings configured by your team's Owner or Admin.

What you can do here
Connect your Google or Outlook account
Click Connect Google Account or Connect Outlook Account, sign in, and authorize Sure Send to send and receive email on your behalf. Once connected, you can compose and reply to emails from within Sure Send using your own email address.
Sync your inbox to contact timelines
When your email account is connected, Sure Send can match incoming and outgoing emails to contact records automatically. Emails with recognized contacts appear on their activity timeline, giving your team visibility into communication history.
Control email sharing with the "Share emails with team" toggle
Decide whether emails synced from your inbox are visible to other team members on the contact timeline. When toggled on, your sent and received emails with contacts appear on shared timelines. When toggled off, only you can see them.
Good to know
This is your personal email connection for sending and receiving emails with contacts. Your team's Owner or Admin separately configures a team-level email that serves as the fallback sender for automations and system emails. You do not need to worry about that setting. When an automation sends "from assigned user," it uses the email you connect here. If you have not connected a personal email, the system falls back to the team default automatically.
