Personal Setup: Phone Settings

This setting is available to all users.

Purpose: This is where you get your phone number and configure how your inbound calls are handled. Your Owner or Admin must complete business registration in Account Setup before phone numbers are available.

What you can do here

Get your phone number
If your Owner or Admin has already assigned a phone number to you, it will appear here and you are ready to go. If no number has been assigned, you can search for and select an available phone number yourself. You can search by area code to match your local market. This becomes your personal Sure Send number for making and receiving calls and texts.

Configure call forwarding
Set up a forwarding number so inbound calls to your Sure Send number ring your mobile or desk phone when you are not at your computer. This ensures you do not miss calls when you are away from the platform.

Configure incoming call routing
Control how inbound calls are handled when they come in, including ring behavior and routing preferences.

Record or upload a voicemail greeting
Add a personal voicemail greeting that callers hear when you are unavailable. You can record directly in the browser or upload an audio file.

Good to know

You cannot get a phone number until your team's business registration has been approved. If you do not see any available numbers, check with your Owner or Admin to confirm business registration is complete. Calling is available immediately after your number is set up. Text messaging requires that the business registration and carrier verification process is fully approved, which may take additional time.
