Set Up Your Profile

Purpose: Your profile is how you appear to your team and contacts. Complete it first so your information is ready before you start communicating.

Before You Begin

You'll need:

• A profile photo (recommended: professional headshot)
• Your phone number
• Your timezone

Steps

1. Click Settings in the left navigation menu.
2. Select Profile Settings.
3. Upload your profile photo by clicking the photo placeholder and selecting an image from your computer.
4. Enter your phone number in the field provided.
5. Select your timezone from the dropdown menu.
6. Click Save Changes.

Connecting Your Google Account (Optional)

You can connect a Google account for sign-in purposes. This is separate from connecting your email for sending and syncing (covered in the next step).

1. Scroll to the Google Account section at the bottom of Profile Settings.
2. Click Connect Google Account.
3. Complete the Google sign-in flow.
4. You'll be returned to Profile Settings automatically.
