Account Setup: Referral Settings

This setting is available to Owners and Admins only.

Purpose: Referral settings define how your team appears in the referral network and who gets notified when referrals come in. Complete this step so your team is ready to send and receive referrals.

Path: Settings > Team Settings > Referral Settings

What you can do here

Select categories that describe your services
Choose from preset categories like Real Estate, Mortgage & Lending, Title & Escrow, Home Services, Insurance, Property Management, and more. You can also add custom categories. This is how other teams in the referral network find you when they are looking to refer a lead to someone who offers specific services.

Add service areas where your team operates
Define the geographic areas your team covers by adding cities, counties, states, or zip codes. This helps match incoming referrals to the right team based on location. You can add multiple service areas to cover your full footprint.

Configure who receives notifications for incoming referrals
Choose who on your team is notified when a new referral is received from another team. Options include All team members, Owners and admins only, or Specific people. Individual team members can further customize their own notification channels in their personal notification settings.
