Account Setup: Team Settings
This setting is available to Owners and Admins only.
Purpose: This is where you configure the foundation of your Sure Send account. Your team name, daily targets, user roles, and team members are all managed here.
Path: Settings > My Teams, click View Team
What you can do here
Edit team name and description Update your team's display name and add a description. This is what appears across the platform wherever your team is referenced.
Configure Win the Day settings Set your team's daily conversation target. This target is one of two conditions your team members need to meet in order to Win the Day. To win, a user must clear all of their daily lists, complete their daily wellness check-in, AND meet or exceed the conversation target. All conditions are required. The default target is 20 conversations. Admins can control whether individual users are allowed to set their own personal target or must follow the team default.
Review and purchase additional seats See how many user seats are currently in use and add more as your team grows. Seat count determines how many users can be active on your account at the same time.
Set up Role Types for your team Role Types are labels that describe what each user does (e.g., Agent, Sales Rep, Account Manager, Support). You can create custom Role Types that match your business structure.
Add additional users to your team Invite new team members by email. Once invited, they will receive a link to create their account and complete their own Personal Setup steps.
Good to know
Role Types are cosmetic labels only. They do not control what a user can see or do in the system. Permissions are managed through system roles (Owner, Admin, Member) in the Admin section.
