Personal Setup: Calendar Sync
This setting is available to all users.
Purpose: Connecting your calendar keeps your Sure Send appointments and tasks in sync with your external calendar. This is a personal connection. Each user connects their own calendar independently.
Path: Settings > Calendar Sync
What you can do here
Connect your Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar
Authorize Sure Send to access your calendar. Google and Outlook connect via sign-in. Apple connects using an app-specific password. All three providers are fully supported.
Choose which calendars to sync from (import into Sure Send)
Select which of your external calendars you want to pull events from. Events from those calendars will appear in your Sure Send calendar view. You can select multiple calendars if you have more than one.
Choose which calendars to sync to (export from Sure Send)
Select which external calendar should receive your Sure Send appointments and tasks. This requires write permissions. When you first connect, you will be asked whether you want to enable write access. If you chose read-only, you can reconnect later to upgrade.
Good to know
Calendar sync runs automatically every 15 minutes. You can also trigger a manual sync from the settings page. Both appointments and tasks from Sure Send are pushed to your external calendar. Events from your external calendar are imported into Sure Send as appointments, but they are not automatically linked to contact records. If you disconnect your calendar, you will be asked whether to keep or remove the synced events from Sure Send.
