Personal Setup: Contact Sync
Personal Setup: Contact Sync
This setting is available to all users.
Purpose: Contact sync imports contacts from your external address book into Sure Send and keeps them updated as changes are made in your address book. This is a personal connection. Each user connects their own contact sync independently.

What you can do here
Connect your Google, Outlook, or Apple contacts
Authorize Sure Send to access your address book. Google and Outlook connect via sign-in. Apple connects using an app-specific password. All three providers are supported.
Import your external contacts into Sure Send
Once connected, contacts from your address book are imported into Sure Send with their name, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. The sync runs automatically and checks for new or updated contacts on a regular basis.
Good to know
Contact sync is one-way only. Contacts flow from your external address book into Sure Send, not the other way around. Changes you make to a contact in Sure Send are not pushed back to your address book. The sync adds new information but does not overwrite data that already exists on a contact record in Sure Send. If the same contact exists in both your address book and Sure Send (matched by email or phone number), the records are linked rather than duplicated. Imported contacts do not have a stage or lead source assigned automatically, so you may want to organize them after import.
