Personal Setup: Notifications

This setting is available to all users.

Purpose: Notifications keep you informed about new leads, tasks, appointments, and team activity. Configure which notifications you receive and how they are delivered so you never miss something important.

What you can do here

Choose which notifications you receive and how they are delivered
Review the list of notification types and decide which ones matter to you. You can enable or disable notifications for categories like new lead assignments, task reminders, appointment updates, and team activity.

Configure notification channels (in-app, email, SMS)
For each notification type, choose how you want to be notified. Options include in-app notifications (visible inside Sure Send), email notifications (sent to your login email address), and SMS notifications (sent to the phone number in your Profile Settings). You can mix and match channels per notification type.

Good to know

Email notifications are always sent to the email address you use to log in. They are not sent to your connected email provider (Gmail, Outlook) from Email Settings. If you are not receiving email notifications, confirm that your login email is correct and that the notification type is toggled on. For SMS notifications, make sure you have a phone number entered in Profile Settings (Step 1). Connecting an email provider in Email Settings (Step 5) is for sending and receiving CRM emails with contacts, not for receiving system notifications.
