Personal Setup: Profile Settings

This setting is available to all users.

Purpose: Your profile controls how you appear to your team across the platform. Complete this first so your information is in place before you start communicating.

What you can do here

Upload or update your profile photo
Add a professional photo so your team can identify you across the platform. Click the photo placeholder to upload an image from your computer.

Enter your name and phone number
Confirm your display name and enter your phone number. Your name appears on emails, tasks, and activity logs. Your phone number is required for receiving SMS notifications and is also used as a merge field in email and text templates (e.g., {{user.phone}}).

Set your timezone
Select your timezone from the dropdown. This is not just a display preference. Your timezone controls when scheduled emails and texts are delivered, when automation delay steps fire, what "today" means for Smart List date filters and Win the Day tracking, and how timestamps appear across the platform. Setting this correctly is important. The default is Eastern Time, and your onboarding will not show as complete until you confirm or change it.

Connect your Google account for sign-in (optional)
Link a Google account to enable one-click sign-in. This is separate from connecting your email for sending and syncing, which is handled in Email Settings (Step 5).
